Working With Me
Whether you need help with admin, course creation, wellness programmes, or team development, I aim to make the process simple, clear, and effective.

 

Here's what to expect:

 

Step 1: Initial Chat – Let’s Meet
You can choose how we begin, depending on your needs and where you are in the process:

  • 15-Minute Quick Connect - Free

A quick, no-pressure call to introduce ourselves, chat about your needs, and see if we’re a good fit.

This is perfect if you’re still exploring your options.

  • 60-Minute Consultation - R400

A deeper strategy session to unpack your goals, identify your needs, and explore possible solutions.

This is a standalone, paid service. Whether or not we move forward, you’ll leave with clarity and direction. If we decide to continue working together, this fee will be credited toward your first invoice.

 

Step 2: Proposal & Plan

After our consultation, I’ll send you a clear proposal outlining the following:

  • The services to be delivered

  • Estimated time commitment and key deadlines

  • A suggested starting date

  • Quotation for services

Once you're happy with the scope and quotation, a deposit of R400 (equivalent to one hour of work) is required to secure your project in my calendar. This deposit is seen as a part payment to your first invoice.

 

Step 3: Getting to Work

Once confirmed, work begins.

  • I log hours accurately and work flexibly around your needs

  • You’ll receive regular progress updates and can reach out anytime, for an answer during business hours

  • I’m committed to being reliable, communicative, and thorough in every task I take on

Step 4: Invoicing & Payment
Rate: R400 per hour*

Invoicing: On the 20th of each month for all work completed in the previous calendar month

Payment terms: Payment is due within 8 days of invoice date

Transparency: A time log is included with each invoice so you know exactly what you’re paying for

*Please note that Learning Design holds a different fee

Availability
My working hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm SAST
I aim to respond to messages within 24 hours during business hours

Boundaries & Extras

  • Rush or after-hours work can be arranged at an adjusted rate.

  • Cancellations of scheduled meetings/workshops with less than 24 hours' notice may be billed.

  • I do not offer legal, tax, or medical services.
